What is R&D?
R&D is short for research and development. R&D among small and medium sized organisations is by law one of the purposes of universities of applied sciences in Finland. Students are involved in R&D through different projects done for the labour market. The labour market presents different problems or needs for development. Through the different project students find answeres for these problems and models for development.
