1. Elective study points from quality management work
Are you interested in working as a student in the quality management group in Laurea Otaniemi?
The aim of quality assurance work is to obtain, maintain and further develop Otaniemi’s quality culture. As a student you can earn elective study points max 5 cr / year. If you are interested, please, contact Pirjo Korhonen (pirjo.korhonen@laurea.fi) or Teppo Leppälahti (teppo.leppalahti@laurea.fi).

3. Sport Experiment: DANCE
LAUREAMKO and danceschool Saiffa gives you an opportunity to get to known to the fascinating world of street dance! Styles to choose from vary between Hip Hop and House and all session are meant for beginners!
The experiment takes place between 6.2. - 17.2.2012
Locking basics 1 on Fridays 17-18
Popping basics 1 on Mondays 19-20
House basics on Mondays 21-22
Hip Hop basics 1 on Wednesdays 19.30-20.30
Break basics 1 on Thursdays 19-20
Price: 5 € / hour (Orig. 11 € / hour)
Danceschool Saiffa is located in Lönnrotinkatu 25 A, 2nd.floor.

4. Do you master the art of fencing?
Well you’re about to! LAUREAMKO arranges sporting experience in fencing in co-operation with Helsinki Fencing Club. Sign up for finding your inner knight! Sporting experience is held on Saturday 25.2.2012 at 13:00-15:00 at Sörnäinen. The experience costs 8€ for members and 12€ for non-members. Additional information can be found at LAUREAMKO’s website. Hurry up, limited number of participants!
5. One day film festival at Tikkurila and Leppävaara FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE
LAUREAMKO and Fanipala Movie Tour present a totally free one day film festival. Come and check it out at the big auditorium starting at 9.30 in Tikkurila 22.2.2012 and in Leppävaara 29.2.2012. Further schedule will be announced later. During the whole day you can come and watch the following movies for free. Fanipala will also provide movie snacks for you!

6. Fresher’s Event afterparty!
The official afterparty of the Fresher’s Event is in Fredan Tivoli on the 15th of February! Fastest ones will get an overall badge!
